Account creation

When you create an account, the following information is collected:

Mail: it is stored so that we can send you a link if you lose your password.
Password: It is stored in our database in a hashed form, so it is unreadable.
IP address: It is collected for security reasons and for the functioning of the service.

Creation of your store

To create your store or donation page you must provide us with your email address, username and password.

You must also communicate the details of your page you want to create (name, subdomain, social networks url, a text about your activity, your currency, your timezone, Paypal address...) without which the page cannot be created.

Media

If you are a registered user and are uploading images to the website, we advise you to avoid uploading images that contain EXIF data of GPS coordinates. Visitors to our website can download and extract location data from these images.

Contact and reporting forms

When you use the contact page, you must give us your name, your email, and your message and we will keep this information in our inbox for a maximum of 1 year. This information is not used for commercial purposes.

Cookies

If you have an account and log in to this site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal information and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser.

By editing or publishing a store, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal information. It simply indicates the ID of the ad you just edited. It expires after one day

Content on this website may include images. Embedded content from other sites behaves in the same manner as if the visitor were on that other site.

How long we store your data

For users who register on our site, we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. The rights you have over your data

If you have an account, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal data we have about you, including the data you have provided to us. You can also request the deletion of your personal data by contact us. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

How we protect your data

CloudFlare is a CDN (Content Delivery Network) and DDoS protection provider. A large chunk of the internet (about 30-40%) has CloudFlare in front of its website, including us. CloudFlare provides us with protection against network attacks. CloudFlare might use your information to determine a security score. Third-party data sharing

We may share your information with various third parties, but only when required. We might share data with providers used by us to provide you with our services, this includes, payment providers that we use to process your payments (Stripe and PayPal).

Discord bot

Following datas is used to display in the seller's administration panel and use to communicate with the Discord bot and send instructions after a purchase on the store:

• Discord User IDs & tags (for payments list)
• Discord servers IDs (for servers that are connected to the store)

This datas is stored for life in our database and is necessary for the operation of the service.
The buyer and seller (store owner/discord server owner) can request the deletion of all data at any time in contact page

Security measures

This Discord bot runs on a secure Linux machine with an SSH key and with a firewall protection. Discord owner account is configured for 2-factor authentication and uses a long, strong password.

Right to access files

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the Customer has the right to access and rectify the data concerning him, as well as a right of opposition. You can delete your account and store by logging in to your account then send us a request at contact page
